Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and quiet, located conveniently beside a 24/7 grocery store. Easy access from the highway made it a breeze to find. While the service was helpful, the demeanor was more neutral than welcoming. The location was nice, right in the town center with easy access to various amenities. The dining experience was average, with some noise issues, but the facilities overall were great.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms, but the service was very rude. The location was nice, right in the middle of town, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The dining options were limited. Facilities were decent.
The hotel rooms had a weird smell, were terribly depressing, cold, and dark. The breakfast was disappointing, and one non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. The service was nice, but there was no restaurant after 7:00 p.m. The location was excellent for a visit to Jasper and the surrounding area. The dining experience was lackluster with only a continental breakfast offered. Facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
The hotel room I stayed in was a bit disappointing; it was dark and had a strange odor, with liquid stains on the bedskirt. Additionally, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the window was smashed. On the plus side, the service was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our needs, allowing us to explore Jasper easily. The dining options were minimal, but the breakfast provided was satisfactory. Overall, the value for money was not justified, especially considering the false advertising.
